History of The Friends
As we have begun our research for memories and anecdotes of early days of the Friends we have found in the Cathedral Archives the first Annual Report dated 1937 - Patron, Her Royal Highness the Princess Royal; subscription, 2/6d (12 and a half pence!)
We are sure there will be many in the diocese with memories of Friends' events - visits to parishes, outings, special projects. We would very much like to hear about these and would be grateful if you would write to the Chairman at the Cathedral Office, Stott Hill, Bradford BD1 4EH, or alternatively e-mail us at cathfriends@bradford.anglican.org
