The Jane Willliams Library at Bradford Cathedral

The Jane Willliams Library at Bradford Cathedral is The Artspace Project for 2010

The intention is to develop the Library as a resource on the Arts and Spirituality for use by a wide range of readers, alongside its ongoing use as a meeting room and as an appropriate archive and resource for Bradford historical materials for the City, Cathedral and Diocese.

Jane Williams (wife of Archbishop Rowan and daughter of Bishop Geoffrey Paul) was pleased to have the Library named after her and we would be very glad to know of any relevant books which colleagues and friends feel able to let us have, from their shelves or by donation.

Do you have books which you could donate? We have had some splendid donations recently and the stock is beginning to build.

Sunday, June 28th 2009 5.00 to 6.00pm

Library Reception to meet donors, see the range of books we hope to acquire and discuss future plans over refreshments.

Donations are welcome on any aspect of the arts:

Please contact Thelma de Leeuw with details of what you have, giving title, author, subject and date - not forgetting to give your contact details!

Somebody from the Library Group will contact you to discuss this further.

All accepted books will be acknowledged on inside front cover.
