Bradford-based artist Shaeron Caton-Rose has created a ready-made pack drawing on her long experience both as an artist and as a facilitator for creative retreats.
The pack offers the unique opportunity to access an original work of art in digital form, which serves as the focus for a set of meditative activities designed by Shaeron. The art piece, called ‘Mend’ inspired the theme of mending or healing, and the artist looks at our need for healing in the context of the home, our communities, our environment, the brokenness of our world, and ourselves. All you have to do is source a few materials, which are easily available from local shops, print out a few texts in black and white and Shaeron has done all the rest for you!
Each pack contains a high-resolution image of the ‘Mend’ artwork by Shaeron suitable for digital projector, CD files for printing out and paper instructions with materials list.
Pack costs £5 and is available from Shaeron Caton-Rose. Please mark emails ‘Mend’ in the subject box.
