The Active Faiths Community has moved to Kirkstall in Leeds to share office facilities with the West Yorkshire Community Chaplaincy Project.

The Mothers' Union is a worldwide organisation with 3.5 million members in 75 countries.
We have over 60 branches throughout Bradford Diocese plus a growing Diocesan Membership Scheme for people in parishes without a branch. The Bradford MU website is now in the process of rebirth.

The Bradford area committee for the Royal School of Church Music has a website which will be valuable to clergy, church musicians and others.

The Yorkshire Association covers some five different Dioceses, but details of Bradford towers are to be found here.

Our Trust was formed in 1988 and is non-denominational, covering all Christian faiths. Registered as an environmental body with ENTRUST we operate under the provisions of the Landfill Communities Fund and administer grants to churches falling within their rules.

This site provides a small website for every Anglican church in the country. Some Dioceses (including Bradford) are spearheading this initiative

The national Christian Stewardship website. This is a central resource for all dioceses, full of ideas and resources from around the country and the world.

This site offers a wide range of resources to support all aspects of stewardship in the local church. There are pages for those who preach and teach about stewardship, for encouraging giving in the local church, for parish treasurers, Gift Aid secretaries and for those involved in seeking funding for major projects. Guidance on SORP2005 can be found here, as well as some statistics on giving and church finance.  

Church Army is linked to the Anglican Church but works outside church buildings to enable people to come to a living faith in Jesus Christ. In partnership with local church and community people they share the Christian message in relevant and sensitive ways.

Ecclesiastical Insurance are the largest insurer of Anglican church property. They offer a range of products and services, ranging from Church Insurance, to Home Insurance to ISAs and Investment Funds.

A theological think-tank which works to promote theological ideas on the public square. They work to help churches and other groups work through issues from a theological perspective.

Fresh Expressions is an initiative of the Archbishops of Canterbury and York established in 2004 to encourage, enable and resource mission through fresh expressions of church in every diocese by 2010.

The Good Bookstall site is to help local churches encourage reading in their congregations and includes many reviews on books and help in how to go about setting up a bookstall and promote Christian reading.

The Parish Resources website has been revamped with over 200 new pages of resources added to it, including a good practice guide on Parish Reserves, an extended range of Funding Guides and a revamped rural toolkit.

Prayers and resources from the Church of England national site

ReSource is the new-look ARM, which seeks in the UK to bring "renewal for mission in the
power of the Holy Spirit". The aim in the long term is to let all clergy know how ReSource can help them with their own and their church's journey of faith - whatever their size and tradition.

Rejesus has a single focus - it goes to the vary heart of Christian life and faith - the person of Jesus Christ himself. Its aim is to reach people who have little previous knowledge of Jesus or the Christian faith and to encourage a step or two of faith. Now with a daily prayer section

ROOTS publishes essential resources for worship preparation, in the form of two ecumenical, lectionary-based, bi-monthly magazines, Adult & All Age and Children & Young People. ROOTS is a joint Churches' initiative, supported by Churches Together in Britain and Ireland, along with
representatives from the churches and church publishers throughout the UK and Ireland. I'm happy to send you copies of the magazines if you are interested.
