As Safeguarding Adviser, Jenny -

• Ensures that the Diocese and its parishes have effective safeguarding arrangements in place.
• Acts as a point of contact to assist with any safeguarding concerns, including those which involve someone who may appear to pose a risk to a church community.
• Offers practical advice with writing parish policies and procedures, as well as training for different groups and advice on CRB queries.

Jenny is very happy to visit parishes, chapters or deanery synods to talk about safeguarding, or to discuss more sensitive concerns.
